Tellen deals in secrets, information, gossip, supposition, lies, truths and subtle manipulation. She has masqueraded as servants, merchants, orphans and royalty to hear the words she's looking for. She intends to find the underlying tensions that are barring a resolve to the minor wars between all of the factions their world has fallen into, and will use virtually any means to find them.
She needs: informants, allies, enemies, associates, and anyone else who can further or hinder her determined and slightly mad scouring of the earth.
Linweylan is the niece of the queen, favorite cousin of the king, and the city manager when her father is not in Ellesmera to manage it.
