Greetings and Questions!

Hi, my name is Jake. First and foremost it is GREAT to meet you all. I am a huge Inheritance fan and have been looking for a place to RP in that world for a looooong time. From the posts that I have read this looks like it will be one fun ride =P

Before I made my character, I wanted to reach out to the group here and get some ideas on characters you guys would like someone else to play. I can really RP anything I find interesting. if no one has any suggestions I have a few questions about the character I wanted to make:

1. So if I want to be an elven child or make a dragon rider, I first have to RP as someone else and earn gold to "buy" those characters?{After some digging I found the answer}

2. If I want my character to one day become a dragon rider, I need to be allied with Ilirea and be an elf. If so, do I also have to have been schooled in magic?

That's all I have for now.... Once again super excited to play with you guys and can't wait to dive into this wonderful world!

I am very pleased that you joined the site, very pleased Indeed. I will try my best to answer your questions.

1) In order to be a Elf Child or Dragon Rider, you must show you are a Active Member and a good Role Player. When you make a Try-out post for a Dragon Rider(after you make the requirements) it will be judged and discussed among the staff to see if you are ready for the responsibility. The gold system is basically a lazy way out, but we ask that you try out as many time as you can before you use the gold to buy anything. No one has actually tried the gold system, but it is there.

Also, you can be a dragon rider one of two ways... Use a current character and make them get a hatchling or after you have made the require post, use a try out with a new/older characters and older dragon.

2) You do not have to be allied with Illirea, your character can be allied with no one and wonder into the egg chambers and become a dragon rider. ALL elves are schooled in Illirea from the age of 25 - 75, no matter what.
