Ari Ravnson is the Count of Osilon, and he takes care of business, whatever that business is. So, he hates Riders due to his experiences in the Blue Divide. Sooo..... How would the direct, open hostility of an elven city Count work?

Well, with your elf character, I am sure I can come up with something since with the last plot that was written, I had Sunglow go towards the north where the elves were and Tasia stay in the City-State Illrea. Actually have a post with Sunglow Here. I am sure your character can be of some fun and annoyance.

I am not entirely sure what to do with Tasia right now. She was in a post with Kiwi and I am going to try and reply to that. We need a post together, since they were in a small plot together, I am sure they could get along. Maybe even be in the same city & inn and have a dinner together of some sorts.

Hmm, indeed, coming up with plots concerning character's like Solomon is never an easy task (And that's just a start) XD but from your idea there we have a start. It could get interesting since Solomon hasn't actually willingly socialised with very many people, if any at all. This could be a good way of actually getting an IC relationship going. So yeah, I'm struggling to think of much else to add to what you have right now. =/
