As the title states, IT IS A MINI MAIN PLOT!
However.......I am leading it! Me, yes! The Phrost! The whack job from the Confederate States of America*coughcoughcough* I mean the Southern USA.
As we all know, Alba is Scots Gaelic and Irish Gaelic for Scotland! However, on here, Alba is an island, although quite large. It is also still separated into the Highlands and Lowlands. Ruled by a High King, the current one is Diarmot Stuart, of the clan Stuart or Stewart.
Now, because the High King is elected upon the death of the previous at the next nearest Samhain, this means that Alba is not actually a united nation, under one King. There are four Earls, each having the allegiance of a group of clans. The 'Mormaer' is the most powerful of these Earls, and thus second only to the High King. My own character, Alasdair MacKenzie, Earl of Kintail, would have been Mormaer, save a conspiracy by rival clans stripped him of his lands, titles, and even clan leadership. Thus, he served time in the Savage Faithful, a mercenary unit in the service of Good Old Nutter Angrenost (I think that's how you spell the Nutter's name.) You invent a battle for the Blue Divide, they were probably there.
Now, Alba has a bejesus ton of men able and fit to fight. Comes from all the inter-clan warfare, cattle raids, and fighting off the Scandians(Read Vikings).
This means, Broddring is going to send a DIPLOMATIC mission, to attempt diplomatic relations with Alba and the High King. For the purposes of this RP, I shall play all Alban natives, as needed. They'll be separated by different colors.
I WILL UPDATE THIS. Also, please join! We're here to RP, not chew the bull. Though that is accepted in the Chat Box and Chat thread area.
