Toyoshiro wondered around town with his sword on his back. He loved his sword that his father gave him right before he did right in front of him. That night keeps playing in his head whenever he went to sleep and woke up screaming in the middle of the night. Toyoshiro now lived with his grandmother for almost 5 years now and he was 17. as he was walking he got dirty looks from most of the people around that tend to avoid him which wasn't knew to him. Many left him out or called him names which he ignored until he got out of the town or returned home where he left all of his anger out.

He didn't like it that people was avoiding him. He was feeling lonely and wants a true friend. The two that usually hang out with him went somewhere a few weeks ago and never returned again. He hoped they were safe and that nothing happened to them. They were the only ones he could trust. Toyoshiro tries his best to avoid conflict and never did anything except vent a little over the comments he would received from the people around him. He hated being treated like this and wondered what he did to them if he did anything.

Mostly he would go out to the forest to practice his sword skills that his father trained him to do in order to defend himself. The truth is that his father wanted him to join the army but never did do what his father wanted. He knew he was disappointing his father wishes however, his grandma said to do with his life as he pleases and decided to go against his father's wishes in order to protect the only thing really left from his family. Toyoshiro was lost in thought when he realized that he was in the forest out side of town and accidentally bumped into someone.

*Ademar had a job placed in the international city of Illirea, now not true home of the Riders but still strongly influenced by them, with a large enough presence to make dealing with anything... sensitive required a certain skill and presence. A presence of someone who feels calm, and in the right in all of his or her actions.

Fits Ademar to a T.

Ademar took his time on his way in from Ceunon. He was not being paid by the hour of course, but he was not being paid for a rush job either, and he so rarely was in the area of the city of the Riders, due of course to the fee hike for such jobs, that he wanted to take in the surroundings. He was currently through some tree cover on the way into the city, carefully preserved despite the expansion of the area, and enjoyed the sight and smell of such an area, despite its relative smallness when compared to some of the forests in Alagaesia, even when you take Du Weldenvarden out of the equation. Some of the forests around the Spine were truly dense. Here, however it was mostly pleasant.

He stops for a moment to look around himself, finding the road itself fairly devoid of travelers besides himself due to the morning rush into town by those looking to enter over and the evening rush of those out not quite beginning, and decides to move off of the beaten track before moving into the city. He strides through the forest, moving between the trees with relative ease, and finds himself in something of an open patch of ground between some trees, and soaks in the feeling of the absolutely natural world. Even the fact that he could see the city from where he was didn't dampen the feeling, as he was faced away for a moment.

Standing there a moment to gain the feeling way long enough for him, and he turns back towards the road itself. As he moves from the coverage of the forest onto the road again, he bumps into a young man with a white jacket, sash, and sword on his back. Perhaps the man bumped into him first, but Ademar wasn't too sure. He backs himself up slightly and smiles, speaking to the man.*

Sorry about that, shoulda been more careful on my way back onto the road.

Toyoshiro looked up at the man that he bumped into. "No it's my fault I should have payed attention to where I was going." He said and then he noticed what the man had with him. "are you a trader or something?" he asked curious to why he was here this time of the day. Toyoshiro never finds people on the road when he practices his sword skills and trying to improve. He has improved a little but still had some flaws and as his father would always say 'Get rid of those flaws of yours.' That day of the murder played back in his mind.

'Father'he said in his mind and tears started to form in his eyes. He turned around and quickly wiped them off. "What are you doing here anyway and who are you?" He asked the man he bumped into. He really was confused on why the man was here in Ilirea of all places. He decided to ignore the man and go back to his training. Once in his place where he trained he practiced for a while unaware that someone was watching him

*Ademar nods slightly when the man responds to his apology, then smiles slightly when the man questions if he is a trader or something. He shrugs slightly before responding.*

The latter, I suppose. I do work with traders, and I do sell services, but not in the way you mean, I feel.

*Ademar observes the man he bumped into as the man is lost in thought somewhat. He has shockingly bright blue eyes, and somewhat messy white hair although Ademar assumes that the messiness is intentional with spikes coming out in places. In fact, his entire person was clothed in a similarly odd, somewhat contrived way as well. Wearing a black shirt with the hint of some sort of badge on it, peaking out from below a white jacket. He also wears a green sash across his back, held together by a somewhat star-like clip and keeping his sword held on his back. He also has black pants on, with a chain across the hip from one pocket to the next, with black and white shoes on his feet. All in all, a strange sight, but probably not the strangest he'd seen in his home to Carvala, with those slaves to fashion.

The man in front of him suddenly slips out of his trance before turning to Ademar and asking questions of his intentions, and his identity. Ademar smirks slightly this time, preparing to answer, but as he does, the man turns and leaves, heading into the woods. Ademar blinks slightly, and then decides to follow him, leaving enough space so that he won't be discovered. Soon enough, he followed the man to a small area where he began to train with his sword. With the eyes of a veteran such as Ademar, he could tell the man was competent, but still had to learn the subtleties of swordsmanship. He leaned his back against a tree and decides to watch until the man discovers him, relaxing with his hand on the hilt of his sword should the man react poorly to his presence.*

Toyoshiro felt a little uneasy as he practiced. He felt like he was being watched and because of that he put his guard up like always and being on the alert, listening for sounds that might give someone away and see if he could spot them in the distance. Awhile later he sees the so called trader he was talking to earlier. He didn't like the man for some reason. He felt like he was hiding something and ddin't tell Toyoshiro the truth. "Who are you really and why did you followed me?" Toyoshiro asked with an icy voice. He always did that to warn people off or not to mess with him.

Toyoshiro is strong, he doesn't fully show it though because if he does he feels like he's bragging about it and didn't like showing it off. Even though people saw him with his sword he just kept walking and denied any challenger that comes his way not in the mood to hurt or fight people at all. That is who he was most of the time silent and kept to himself all the time. he only opens up when his grandma is in the area.

*Ademar smiles as the young man in front of him asks him who he really was, and why Ademar followed him, and he shrugs slightly. The man's icy tone amused him somewhat, but he has a point to ask Ademar why he followed him. Frankly, Ademar did it because he felt like it. As he had no time limit on his current job, he did it out of curiosity. The man asked him all sorts of questions, then walked off, so Ademar followed him to find out what was so important that he walked away without an answer.

He looks the man before him in the eyes and speaks back neutrally.*

I am Ademar Valaician, really, and I really do sell my services to those with coin. I just wouldn't call it trading because I sell my skills instead of any wares. The easiest title would be mercenary, I suppose, but that cheapens what I do, as it is more than just skill with a sword.

*Ademar straightens up and takes a single step forward so that he is now just standing near the tree, instead of leaning against it before continuing.*

I followed you because I wondered what was so important that drew you away before I could answer your questions. I see it was just this.

*He shakes his head a little before continuing.*

As to your question before you walked away from our conversation, what I am doing here is visiting the famed city of the Riders. As I am between jobs right now, I figured I'd travel. The city is quite spectacular, I must admit. I've been a few times and I must admit I see what draws so many to it.

*His hand still resting upon the sword on his hip, he steps slightly closer to the man in the clearing, although still out of easy reach, and asks questions of his own.*

So, who are you, and why do you train all the way out here? Surely you could find a teacher to practice with in Ilirea, which would shore up your technique quicker than practicing alone out here? Practicing alone can only teach you so much.

Toyoshiro was shocked at what the man told him but he didn't show it. What shocked him the most was that the man was asking questions about him and no one ever does. They usually avoid them. "My name is Toyoshiro Hideyoshi and I practiced everyday because my father told me too before he passed away. He was my teacher and the best in Ilirea and he has taught me everything I'm just trying to perfect it." He said and hoped that he didn't give out to many information about his father. His father told him to keep his trainer a secret with only a few information that he was allowed to share.

Things have been really hard on Toyoshiro and doesn't like to talk about painful things, it just brings back bad memories for him and memories he likes to forget if possible. He blames himself for not being able to help his family if his father had let him he would've taken a chance at the murderer. "So how did you get a sword?" He asked the man that followed him. He was a little angry for being followed because he was suppose to train in secret and in silence just the way he likes it.

OOC: Sorry it's short I was in a hurry because I was helping with dinner and helped pack for camp.

*Ademar smiles as Toyoshiro introduces himself, and speaks of his teacher. Ademar can't help but notice the "was" in the speech about his father teaching him, but decides not to bring it up. It is somewhat distasteful to pry into such things. Funny, coming from a man intruding on this man's privacy, but he had to draw the line somewhere.

Toyoshiro finishes talking about his technique and teacher, and then asks Ademar about how he got a sword, to which Ademar smiles slyly, before speaking up.*

Best sword in Ilirea, or best teacher? I highly doubt the former, considering the Elven and Rider presence.

*Ademar quickly raises a hand in a placatory manner to stop Toyoshiro from possibly jumping down his throat for the slight upon his father.*

I mean no slight, no one man can beat an Elf or Rider in armed combat in a fair fight. I can, however, buy best Human swordsman in Ilirea.

*Ademar drops his hand once again, resting it upon the sword that Toyoshiro asked after, and then continues speaking.*

This sword has been with me from many years, since I could lift a weapon and choose a preference. Without boring you about ancient history, I was born into a military family, so I was groomed for war, among other things. It was more than just simply a military family, but that is all that is relevant.
