To waylay Emma's rage at the MP and the site's disturbing drop in activity as of late, WE ARE HAVING ONE.
It's quite simple, really. Advertise. Advertise like CRAZY. It doesn't matter if the site's been inactive for two years or it gets 200 ads a day so someone seeing yours is nearly impossible- if you put it up and link us to your ad, you get one point. This contest will run from now until the end of the current MP thread, which I HOPE will be done by the beginning of March. -more rage-
The prizes are (each is only available once):
100 ads- Guaranteed spot in the March Member OTM
250 ads- A character of your choice being related to a site canon
500 ads- A vote from me in any and all of your dragon apps. Please remember that this isn't a guarantee that you'll get a dragon in your next app, as you need at least two votes.
750 ads- An MP thread revolving around your character. Please remember that MPs are slow and generally take several months at a time, so it may be a while until you receive this prize.
1000 ads- free dragon. No app, no votes, you just get one handed out to you. We still get to pick the colour, though.
Since these prizesfail are kinda limited, you guys can also give suggestions as to prizes you'd be interested in receiving, and we may just put them up. Please remember, however, that there are some guaranteed nos, such as staff positions- those strictly ONLY go to trusted members, and will never be given out in any contest- getting to have more than one dragon, and having a Primary character, to name three.
