Angmor, the Wizard of Awesome, just finished up the Du Weldenvarden skin last night. It's set as the new default skin for maximum display. GO SEE IT. =D
Well, I thank you for the praise, but I feel I have to say, it isn't quite done yet. I should hopefully be able to finish up the rest of the buttons over the next few days.
And I would appreciate your input! At this point, I probably won't be able to implement most of it, but I would still love to know what you think.
Personally I love the background choice and the fact that it is one image. Curious about the dimensions you used but that is just out of my own curiosity. I also liked how you added the yellow color for most of the text buttons, it gives it a little something.
Although I must point out that the left hand side of the background matches better than the right-hand side. Not that it really matters in the end, because it doesn't change the fact that works really really well : ) Overall I like it and was excited when I first saw it on the site.
Thank you, Zelena! Yeah, originally the right side's lighting matched the left's perfectly, but it just ended up being too bright. The eye tends to stray to the lighter shades, so it was just too distracting.
As for the dimensions, the pic is 1440 by 800 pixels. I really wanted to make sure that it didn't tile, and I have pretty much the biggest monitor there is. XD
