Name: Echo Mensa
Age: 19
Race: Human
Occupation: Informant
Allegiance:To her employer
Physical Description: Echo has shoulder length black curly hair, which to her shame is her prettiest feature. Her face is round which does not go with her pointed nose and very dark blue eyes; being too skinny and tall for a girl at 5’9 most would not give her a second glance. She wears a light brown nee length cloak with a large hood, a dark blue scarf and a too big pare of tunic and pants. She never learned how to sword fight but learned some knife fighting tricks on the streets, but if faced with the choice to run or fight she’d run. Because of this she only carries two small knifes, one on her hip and one at her wrist. Echo loves verbal battles and intelligent conversation but when she’s not out doing things for her employer she’s in the slum of town trying to feed homeless children so she doesn’t get it very often.
Personality:Echo likes to have things planed out, she doesn’t work on impulse. She has a soft spot for children and will laugh and is herself when she’s around them and children love her as well because she’s a good listener and has this way about her that makes them trust her. But around adults she’s usually quiet and meek.
History: Echo’s younger years where not happy ones, first she was raised by a mother who hated her, though she never knew exactly why, she guessed it was because her mother’s father was a count and he renounced her title when she ran away with some man, but the man left her when he found out she was carrying his baby. The first ten years of her life where spent in a house for children that weren’t wonted, though her mother didn’t leave her there her mother ran the place, and for that reason the kids there hated her because her mother was cruel and children took it out on her and her name didn’t help ether, Echo was the nick name her mother gave her when she was three because she would echo everything her mother would say and was called that ever since. One day Echo was hiding under a table in the hall when she heard a scream and a black figure ran past, she heard a moan coming from her mother’s office, running to the door she opened it a crack and saw her mother lying on the ground with a thin dagger on the ground next to her. Shocked she closed the door and ran as fast as she could down the hall and out the front door, it was raining and the market was empty, running down alley ways and though markets and finally clasped in a small alley. She woke up with the morning sun in her eyes and feeling the warmest she had ever felt, in that moment she decided to never go back to the home she had always known. The first two years was the hardest because she had no money and just the cloths on her back, though she was hungry and cold all the time she still loved it, she loved studying people, how they acted and so on. That’s why she attracted the attention of a lady and one day she was grabbed in the street and was taken to the lady’s home, the woman gave her food and money and in return was asked to watch a man for three days and write down his every move. Echo agreed and the lady showed her the man’s house, she followed the man day and night then took the information back to the lady. After that first mission she was given more missions and after three years of reporting on things inside the city the lady started sending her on missions in other cities, never knowing what the information was used for or who the lady was.
Roleplaying Sample: Dolwaen shot up, she could have sworn she heard something, grabbing her daggers she jumped off the bed. CRACK right then part of the roof fell and fire blazed from it. Jumping out of the way she looked up and could see that the whole roof was on fire, hopping over the bed she grabbed her coat, hat and sword and ran to the door. Out in the hallway she could hear movement in the other rooms, “FIRE!!! ON THE ROOF!!” she yelled and ran down the hall knocking on every door “WAKE UP!!!” With that done she sprinted down the stairs to look for the inn keeper’s room. Down stairs she could see that some little pieces of the thatched roof had fallen and the fire had catch on the rug and some of the tables were on fire.
