Her feet and legs have multiple scars and bruises, but her upper body is mostly unmarked.
Personality:
History: Important fathers always love their daughters, but when they do not have sons to carry on their legacy, the love they have for their daughters becomes something different altogether. Aliana's father, Tribal Chieftain Ahkmet was one such man. Ahkmet was a tribal leader that had spent his entire life fighting, killing, and plotting to gain a position of power over his tribe and others. So when his head wife gave birth to a daughter, he was extremely disappointed. Tribal law stated that only the oldest son of his head wife could take his place as tribal chieftain, but a daughter could take the place of a son if needed. However, Aliana was not Ahkmet's only child and her mother came under assault from the entirety of her husbands harem.
Aliana was quickly inducted into the life of a tribal warrior, beginning her hand-to-hand combat training at the age of three. She was taught to wrestle, kickbox, and stick fight through intensive training sessions and by the age of ten she was a master in each category of fighting. Once she was five she was forced to learn how to hunt and fight with knives and swords. BY the age of ten she was a fierce huntress capable of bringing down some of Alagasea's largest game and a warrioress capable of cutting down boys older than her. Unfortunately her father was not prepared to accept an heiress, and began to father his second wife, who had given him a son. One night while Aiana slept, her mother who turned out to be a powerful sorceress and witch came into her room. Aliana was given a sweet and milky potion, and after drinking it she became unconscious.
When the ten year old princess awoke it was to the face of a tall, beautiful, and mystical woman that turned out to be an elf lieutenant of the Hive. The elf was chanting in a language foreign to Aliana's ears, and as she did the girl was released from the inside of a huge hawthorn tree. The tree had been imbued with a protective spirit, which had guarded and fed Aliana for days. The elf who had found her, realizing that the spirit was powerful, and wanted to be with Aliana, sung a bow from the tree. The spirit entered that beautiful bow which could only be handled by Aliana and that elf. The Hive lieutenant took Aliana to the city of Teirm. She became a trainee for the Hive, and continued to learn how to fight, hunt, and steal. She was also trained into a sorceress and witch just like her mother. She gained money by selling her game on the streets of Teirm and stealing from the wealthy merchants of the city. Aliana became important to the local Hive lieutenant, and became a spy and thief within the city walls. Outside of the walls she was one of many Hive warrior that battled against Urgals within the Spine.
At the age of thirteen, while hunting in the Spine, the young woman came into conflict with a large group of slave traders transporting children of the Tribes. Angered by the men's treatment of the children Aliana attacked, killing all of the traders. Unfortunately she attracted the attention of a trio of Kull. Without other Hive warriors to back her up Aliana was almost killed by the Urgals, until several trees around her began to attack the Urgals to protect her. A wandering Rider felt the disturbance in nature, and found Aliana passed out among the living trees. She realized that Aliana had the Talent, and offered the girl training in magic usage in Illirea. The Hive was excited by the offer, and allowed her to go if she promised to continue as one of them and return with information about the Riders. The Order of Riders are not unaware of this previous allegiance, but plan on using Aliana to find out more about the Hive.
