Sílthrim

This town is partially situated on the shores of Ardwen Lake, and, at first glance, is positively plain by elven standards. Though certainly pretty, it lacks the fine detail and grandness of the other cities. One needs to literally go deeper to appreciate its real beauty. Sílthrim is mostly submerged within Ardwen Lake, for aesthetic rather than practical purposes. There are trees, houses, shops, everything one would need- as long as they have the capability to breathe underwater. Onshore, vendors sell crystals stored with the energy required for such long spells.
